In-House Lawyer
This is an unique opportunity to join a boutique Investment Management Company to undertake and huge range of activities.
You will play a vital role, undertaking a broad range of activities as you will be involved in all aspects of compliance. This will include updating policies and procedures, AML/KYC, financial promotions, training all staff, shareholder notifications and conduct quarterly compliance review.
You will liaise with clients and custodians to put in place necessary documentation and answering broker correspondence and setting up new brokers.
Our client is flexible regarding the amount of experience the individual will have and the role will be tailored according. Preferably with someone with between 2-5 years relevant compliance exerience with an understanding of how fund managers work and exposure to listed shares and ideally derivatives.
Alternatively, you may be a lawyer focussing on financial services and wish to move into a compliance role.

Compliance Assistant - Investment Banking
Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking to recruit a dedicated compliance professional to take responsibility for compliance monitoring and support of the Fixed Income, Treasury, Equities and Research Areas.
You will assist with monitoring of business areas, system and controls as required; deal with the registration and deregristration of approved persons, monitor personal account trades to ensure in-house rules are followed and assist in any ad-hoc projects where necessary.
You must be a graduate with at least one years compliance experience gained within a monitoring or general compliance role, though you must be able to communicate at all levels of the Bank.
Salary: 35,000 Location: City of London
